TRAILrider® Slipform Paver

Evolution Paving’s TRAILrider® slipform pavers are an efficient, eco-friendly, and easy to operate paver that saves contractors money in labor, materials, and time. TRAILrider® slipform pavers effectively form, place, and finish concrete. It is nonmotorized so it does not require gas, diesel, or electricity. A concrete delivery truck, backhoe, or loader tows the paver after the concrete has been loaded into the hopper. Unlike most slipform paving machines TRAILrider® compacts pervious concrete.
It is fast, affordable, and provides a far better finished product than traditionally formed and poured pavements. Unlike most slipform paving machines TRAILrider® compacts pervious concrete. Our paver’s bolt-on sections offer adjustable widths. Our slipform pavers are perfect for eight-foot-wide paths. However, they can also be used for as narrow as four foot and as wide as twelve foot with depths adjustable from two to six inches.
TRAILrider® slipform pavers track directly behind a tow vehicle. Does your project have limited access? TrailRider allows for as little as 8″ of side clearance – the narrowest of any slipform paver. Some finish handwork may be required but is minimal. Units are lightweight and mobile and can easily be loaded on a truck and moved with a loader.

The TRAILrider® is loaded directly from the concrete truck. High or low ruts in the base are leveled via the front grade screed to control concrete depth. The unit follows directly behind the tow vehicle and will even track straight on sloped grades. A typical 8 cubic yard load can be slipformed, placed, and finished in as little as 6 minutes.

The TRAILrider® slipform paver works equally well for both standard and pervious concrete.
